With Fall in full swing, there are a number of exciting harvest festivals that are taking place throughout Los Angeles. If you consider yourself a bit of a foodie, you’ll want to check out some of these events featuring delicious pumpkin flavored items, food trucks, and more! Read on to find out about festive fall events in the city.

Farmer’s Market

The Farmer’s Market is already a foodies dream come true. At this location, you can enjoy farm fresh produce as well as delicious types of food from the various vendors located at the Market. With fall in full swing, stop by the Farmer’s Market for their annual Fall Festival. Come and celebrate the season with kids of all ages at this family friendly festival. You can enjoy activities such as a petting zoo, pie-eating contests, games, live music and even the world famous All-Alaskan racing pigs! You’ll have to see it to believe it! Enjoy the fall harvest at this year’s Fall Festival! This year, the fall festival will take place on October 14th and 15th all day. Admission is FREE.

Calabasas Pumpkin Festival

Nothing says fall has arrived like heading to a pumpkin patch. This year, bring the whole family down to Calabasas and enjoy the annual Calabasas Pumpkin Festival! At this festival, you can enjoy fresh pumpkin pies and a whole lot of family fun. Walk through the pumpkin patch and find the perfect pumpkin to bring home with you. Head to the Marketplace and check out vendors selling arts and crafts, home and garden items and decorations for Halloween! Don’t miss out on a trip to the food court where you can enjoy a wide range of pumpkin flavored foods such as Brazilian pumpkin stew and even Pumpkin tamales. Don’t forget to sip on Pumpkin Beer at the Beer Garden! The Calabasas Pumpkin festival will take place October 21st and 22nd from 10am-5pm.

Halloween Street Party

For an exciting Halloween celebration, you’ll want to head over to West Hollywood for their annual Halloween Street Party. From 6pm to 11pm on October 31st, Halloween takes over the streets of West Hollywood for a street partly unlike anything out there. There will be multiple music stages, including both live sets and DJs, as well as street performers. You definitely won’t want to miss out on some of the city’s best Food Trucks which will be at the event! Dress up in costume and get ready to dance the night away at this popular block party located on Santa Monica Blvd between La Cienega Blvd and Doheny Dr.
